- No, you may cancel the service at any time without any penalties.
- What is the quality of the call like?
- It has the same quality as a local call.
- How long does installation take?
- Once the purchase order is approved, installation is instantaneous.
- How do I know that the service has been activated?
- You will receive an email containing your service information as soon as the transaction is completed.
- What happens if I am unable to answer the calls?
- If you have an answering machine, it will pick up all incoming calls. If you do not have one, your phone will ring until the person making the call decides to hang up.
- Can I redirect the phone line?
- Yes, just contact us by phone or email and we will address your request.
